Chapter President: Abby Moser

Hi! I’m Abby, and I’m the Chapter President of the MA Gamma Chapter of Pi Phi. I’m so excited to be in this role after having been the Panhel Delegate and Vice President of Membership - through these two positions I really feel like I was able to experience both the internal and external sides of Pi Phi. I love black labs (really just all dogs in general) and long hikes in the mountains of Colorado (my home state - I’ll absolutely be moving back someday)! At MIT, I’m also in the MIT Consulting Group as well as Camp Kesem. When I’m not on campus, I’m often trying new restaurants in Boston or running on the esplanade. I’ve loved my Pi Phi experience as well as the sisters I’ve come to know over the years and I’m so pumped for the year ahead!

Vice President of Operations: Anna Wahl

Hi, my name is Anna! I am a senior in course 16 (aero/astro), and I am in Air Force ROTC, which means that I am planning on commissioning into the Air Force after I graduate. I want to work as an aerospace engineer and travel the world after leaving MIT. Outside of school, I love to read, watch TV with my sisters in the house, or get food in Boston. I’m from Colorado, and although I love Boston, I miss the amazing hiking and skiing back home. Fun fact about me, I have been to 49 states and have lived in 3 different continents!

Vice President of Member Experience: Abby Mauermann

My name is Babby (my real name is Abby, but that was already taken), and I’m a course 20 (biological engineering). I also run on the NCAA cross country and track and field teams here at MIT. On a free day, I like to go to Haymarket for fresh fruit, plan parties with my roommate Bibby, or hang out with my phamily line. A fun fact about me is that since coming to MIT, I’ve traveled to 7 countries!

Vice President of Community Relations: Sarah Quraishi

Hi! My name is Sarah Quraishi and I’m the VPCR. I’m a senior majoring in Course 15-3 (finance) and minoring in 2 (mechanical engineering). Outside of Pi Phi, I’m a coxswain on the lightweight women’s rowing team and part of MIT Model United Nations and Sustainable Energy Alliance (SEA). When I’m not at practice or at a club meeting, you can usually find me getting food with friends, working out at the Z, or hanging out in the stud. A fun fact about me is that I’ve never broken a bone or been stung by a bee (hopefully that doesn’t change anytime soon)!

Vice President of Risk Management: Therese Mills

Helloo!! My name is Therese, and I am the VPRM. I am a senior in 18C, but love to channel my inner ~Disney Imagineer~ in CMS and random laser cutting extravaganzas. A tri state area native, but I currently live in Orlando, FL! I also fence saber for MIT’s fencing team and am attempting to organize a Twilight Zone discussion group. HMU any time if you want to talk about DISNEY MAGIC, Twilight Zone, addiction to Dunks, or fun new event ideas! Always down for a good convention.

Vice President of Finance and Housing: Cindy Gu

Hihi, I’m Cindy, and I’m a senior majoring in Course 15-3 (finance) with a minor in Japanese. I was born in Shanghai China until I was 10, and I’ve lived in New York since. The Metropolitan Museum of Arts is my favorite place to visit in New York, and I’ve been going to the MET at least once every year for the past five years. In my free time, I like to dance and watch cat videos. As a fun fact, I had tadpoles and baby silkworms as pets when I was in elementary school.

Vice President of Recruitment: Isabel Rosa

Hey:) My name is Isabel and I’m a junior in 18 and 6-3. Can you imagine a more classic combo?? I also plan on minoring in Spanish and maybe statistics! I’m from the suburbs of Chicago and am always THRILLED to talk about the Midwest. I’m on the swim and dive team here at MIT. When I’m not in the pool or bugging my fellow residents of Pi Beta Phi Phloor Two to hang out with me, I am likely napping, since those are the only things I do. Hit my line to go vibe at an art museum, watch a sporting event, talk about The Bachelor, or eat ice cream while we fall in love!
